JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR AND TRAINING EXECUTIVE
· Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, promoting, and terminating
· Preparing, updating and Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
· Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
· Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and allegations.
· Monitoring of each department for productivity and preparing monthly report.
· Maintaining records of employee participation, Implementation and accuracy.
· Preparing and maintaining datasheet for incentive for each department.
· Conducting training once in a week.
