Need Hr Manager, Male and Female both are preferable
- Supervise a company or organization's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.
- Talent Management & Acquisition
- Employee Recruitment, Induction, Joining Formalities & Training
- Database Management
- Bulk Hiring, Short listing
- Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- HR Strategy, Policies, Exit Formalities, Leave Management, Attendance Management
- Developing adequate induction and training
- Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
- Managing succession planning of staff
- Assisting with the performance management and review process

* Qualification: Should have experience of HR or should have qualification like MBA with HR or any other HR specific course
* Experience: 2 to 5 years
* Salary range: 15 to 35K
* Timing: 10 to 7 (Confirm with owner)
* Location: Bardoli
Note: - 2 Years of Bond (Agreement)
- 15 Month 10% salary deduction
- 2 month Notice period
