Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Utran, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be able to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing performance management systems, developing and managing employee relations, and providing guidance on employee benefits and compensation.

The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹480000/- and ₹624000/-. The working hours are from 10am-7pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
