Job Description

Qualification & Experience:-
MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
At Least 5 years' experience in a company having more than 100 staff.

Job Description:-
Capable of Implementing policies for HR strategies aiming towards the development of human capital across the organization;
Can be able to coordinate with other staff members for the efficient running of the business.
Updating employee databases and ensuring completion of personal files.
Should be well versed with statutory provisions of PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory provisions relating to employees.
Capable of executing company policies with a deadline.
Remuneration: - Negotiable based on capabilities & experience subject to maximum Rs 50k.
