Responsible for all compliance as per labor law.
Employee Relation & IR Sound knowledge in HR Audit.
Responsible for attend all govt. authorities.
Employee Communication, Connect & Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling .
Manage Employee Self-service to ensure all employee records, files are up-to- date in software and confidential & act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as compensation resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies & Process Prepare various letters like offer letters, appointment letters etc.
Implementation of KRA,KPI & PMS process.
Prepare various HR MIS
Interviews will be conducted by Mr. Himanshu.
Timings will be 10:30am to 7:30 pm
Both male, females can apply with good communication skills and presentable personality.
Salary range will be 300,000 to 360,000
