Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in jhangirpura Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate should have a post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The salary for this position is between ₹2,50,000 and ₹3,50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
