Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should also have strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹144,000 to ₹168,000 per annum. The working hours are from 9am to 6:30pm. Benefits as per company norms.
