Need HR Executive
Roles & Responsibility:
- Attendance Record keeping & also informing to H/O
- Administration work
- Looking after over all House Keeping of factory
- Employee Grievances handling
- Coordination with all department
- Directors, Employees from HO, Guest, Visitors and any other external party welcome and their - - -- - logistic arrangements
Routine activity handling
As per ISO 13485 - QMS system Documentation work
Manpower List and update as per there Matrix
Medical checkup plan and prepare the record
Training Matrix plan for Internal as well as External Party
PF, ESI and other legal activities work
Recruitment, Offer letter, appointment letter and other revetment work.
Co-ordinate with legal consultant and prepare the required document
Time to time monitor employees Performance report
Employees Transportation for their pick and drop arrangement
Experience: 4-5 Year experience,
Salary: 3.0 lacs per annum
Qualification: Commerce Graduate
Timing: 9.45 to 6.15 PM, Sunday weekly off
