Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and forming employee benefits packages, as well as maintaining employees' data. You will also be involved in the execution of employees' performance review procedures and managing the hiring processes of new employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary range of INR 216,000 to INR 240,000 per year.
As an HR Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to plan and form employee benefits packages. This will involve researching and analyzing various benefit options, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring that all employees receive the appropriate benefits. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employees' data, including updating personal information and managing employee records.
