We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our team in Icchapore, Surat. As an HR specialist, your main responsibilities will include planning and forming employee benefits packages, as well as maintaining employees' data. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing HR policies, managing attendance records, processing employee salaries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of labor laws and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 300,000 to INR 420,000 per year.
