Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our furniture company in Adajan (Ichhapure), Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the HR field and a graduate degree.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to the HR team. The HR Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing guidance to employees on HR matters.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. The annual salary range for this position is ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000, and other benefits will be provided as per company norms.
