Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required and dealing with email inquiries.
• Creating job description, posting, shortlisting candidates. Arranging interview on boarding.
• Oversees and arrange weekly team building activities, celebrate festivals / birthdays or any special occasions etc.
• Conduct daily core team and design team meeting.
• Conduct weekly fun meeting, sales team, newsletter team meeting, keep MOUs and oversees follow-ups.
• Responsible for maintain employee records, salary slip, daily attendance, create workflows in motion, monitor, update and track records.
• Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
• Arranging both internal and external events.
• Manage all office work regarding his/her duty.


Skills Required:
• Should good communication and Fluency in English is must
• Attractive Personality and most Presentable
• Should have knowledge of social media and job portals.
• Good at recruitment and filtering candidates.
• Must knowledge of Excel and its Formula.
• Management and Organization is must.
