Job Description
• Responsible for managing P & L & Balance Sheet for the entire AutoFresh (B2B e-commerce platform) business vertical
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the entire AutoFresh (B2B e-commerce platform) business vertical
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands individual channel & its customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Produce targeted sales action plans on a quarterly and annual basis&Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team during the review meeting.
• Develop sales promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with strategy.
• Ensuring that the respective business vertical has the adequate and suitable resources to achieve as per planned. (e.g., people, material, equipment etc.)
• Co-ordinate with website team for keeping AutoFresh website updated and responsible for regular monitoring& managementof website.
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team
• Conduct in-house seminars and training sessions for the team.
• Drive and manage marketing campaigns and brand building activities for entire business vertical.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationshipswith customers/vendors/internal team members etc.
• Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and reporting as per policy
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job specification
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Business Head & on a management role.
• Relevant industry experience minimum 3 year preferred.
• Experience working in B2B e-commerce sales& marketing role added advantage
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
• MBA preferred or Master’s degree in any field.
