We are currently seeking an IT Support Manager to join our team in Adajan, Surat. As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing hardware, network, software snag, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,20,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be working closely with the IT team to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization's IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and managing the network infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving any IT-related problems that may arise, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's data.
