Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Guest Relation Associate to join our team at our hotel in Dandi Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry and should be a graduate.
The Guest Relation Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel and its services, and responding to any inquiries or complaints. The Guest Relation Associate will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
