Job Description

Attend all meetings, workshops and retreats for the overall planning of the Campus Recreation department
Provide a friendly, upbeat and service-oriented environment at all times
Ensure a safe environment for all participants and clients
Work with the various programs and services in creating graphics promotional materials
Prepare graphics for flyers, posters and brochures
Coordinate photography assignments
Design various T-shirts for areas within Campus Recreation
Plan and implement advertising layouts
Communicate and establish working relationships with various campus and community agencies
Must be able to adhere to established project deadlines
Graphic artists are expected to be efficient with multi-tasking and time management
Attend weekly staff meetings
