Line out daily crew activities
Assure samples are processed in the consistent fashion with no opportunity for sample contamination or sample switches.
Observe activities of temporary staff and assure all personnel are following the lab SOP.
Perform work in all aspects of the Geochemistry Lab including sample preparation, layout, weighing, sorting, and operation of all equipment.
Other geochemistry duties as assigned such as the use of portable instrument logging.
Creation of geochemical standards.
Participation in other GES activities such as library scan projects.
Walk, climb, stoop and carry small items on uneven surfaces for the purpose of manoeuvring around equipment and facilities. Lift up to 501bs.
