* Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as
well as expenses for the new-and-used sales departments.
* Meeting the monthly ,half early & yearly targets of company.
* Take lead across all aspect of the sales department by reviewing how department work together.
* Making key decision towards achieving yearly volume.
* Performance analysis of sales force providing training for improvement.
* Holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.
* Focusing on value added business i.e. finance,insurance,Accessories etc.
* Coordinating the appropriate ordering and availability of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle
inventory accordingly.
