Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our Beverage company in Palsana, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and should be a Graduate.
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.
The position offers a competitive salary of between ₹180000 and ₹240000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 9am-6pm. Additional benefits are as per company norms.
