Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our Gems & Jewellery store in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a maximum of 9 years.

The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and lead a team, as well as handle customer complaints and inquiries.

The Floor Manager will be expected to work 10am-7pm, Monday to Saturday.

The successful candidate should have a Graduate degree and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is between ₹400000 and ₹600000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits will be as per company norms.
