Job Description

Manage daily operations in plant facility
Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
Test and monitor plant processes
Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports
Maintain all administrative records
Control costs to achieve company budget goals
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
Periodic review of Safety / Procurement / Logistics / Administration
Work on product improvement along with National Technical Manager as well as National Service Manager
Responsible and Accountable for P&L Accountability, Budgetary and Cost Control, Stock and Inventory Management.
Strong in people management, industrial relations and all factory related compliance.
Drive National Service Manager and Regional Service Manager to provide feedback on the Product Delivery as well as Product Performance
Drive Manufacturing Team to satisfying the Customer demand in minimum time.
Drive Procurement Team to satisfying the Internal Customers ( different production department) demand in reasonable time and landed cost.
Be accountable and responsible for all local authority issues that there may arise
Ensure that the local worker ratio is maintained at the factory
