We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Saroli, Surat. As an Order Processing & Return Claim Associate, your main responsibility will be to efficiently process customer orders and handle any return claims that may arise. This includes accurately entering order information into our system, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may occur during the order fulfillment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing return claims, which involves reviewing customer requests, processing returns, and coordinating with the customer service team to provide a satisfactory resolution. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with working hours to be determined. The salary range for this role is between INR 180,000 to INR 240,000 per year.
