Job Description
E-com Website and Operations Manager
Require an ecommerce website manager having an expertise in all aspects of managing the e commerce website EFFECTIVELY with least guidance,
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets
the organization’s standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
- Maintain regular emailer schedules

Required Experience,
- At least 1 year of experience of managing a mid or large size e commerce website effectively (a dedicated ecom portal)
