Job Description

Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving
Monitor technicians’ schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing
Ensure the correct product is ordered, pulled, and installed correctly
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed for fleet vehicles
Other duties may be assigned
Organizes and prioritizes tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Handles multiple tasks and meets deadlines.
Conveys a sense of urgency to internal colleagues and partners regarding issues and concerns with National Account customers.
Initiates changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
