Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The position is located in Mahidharpura, Surat, with a pincode of 395003. As a Data Entry Clerk, your main responsibilities will include handling purchase orders, managing TDS records, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time position with working hours to be determined. The salary range for this role is between 14000 to 17000, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders. This will involve verifying the details of each order, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and processing payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing TDS records, ensuring that all necessary deductions are made and accurately recorded. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data. This includes entering data into our system, performing regular data checks, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
