We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Based in Adajan, Surat, our company specializes in the furniture industry. This full-time position requires the successful candidate to work from 12:30pm to 09:00pm. The annual salary for this role ranges from INR 216,000 to INR 300,000.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. You will be expected to deal with queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with clients to address any concerns or issues they may have. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, although candidates with less experience but a strong customer service background will also be considered.
