Job Description
You have call customer and convince for foreign country visit package and generate lead
Handling any functions like Fare Construction / Fare Audit / Refunds / Ticketing. Experience of Amadeus Must.
Selling Air fare Packages to customers
Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
Providing advice about visas or passports
Fluent English communication skills.
Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
Should be flexible to work in NIGHT.
Should be flexible for Inbound Voice Process.
