Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Khatodra Wadi, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position with an annual salary of between ₹180000 and ₹240000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
