As a part of our customer service department, your main responsibilities will include handling queries from Indiamart and coordinating with clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the main point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary ranging from INR 180,000 to INR 240,000 per year.
