Job Description:-
Candidate must have experience in handling Customer requirements on Calls with regular Follow ups and updates
Good command on Language Hindi/English/Gujarati
Computer knowledge - Basic(Excel/Word/PPT)
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email -
Lastly, Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development skills
