Job Overview: A Customer Relationship Management oversees the client relationship team and ensures they nurture long-term relationships. CRM Responsibilities include using CRM programs and CRM tools, resolving escalated client issues, and ensuring customers are aware of new and existing company products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Keep contact information up to date
• Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with contacts
• Creates and builds workflows for faster task and contact management
• Identify bundling and upsell opportunities for current customers
• Manage support contacts for individual accounts
• Identify power users or high-value customers for special deals
