- Counsel patients, address their concerns and problems, give them best possible solutions, make them understand about the changes and importance of the treatments.
- To follow and improve Standard Operating Protocols set by the organization.
- Get regular training and knowledge about all services.
- To achieve business targets.
- To ensure best patient experience.
- To attend training programs, workshops and other activities organized by the company
- To provide suggestions and cross selling of treatment packages to the patients.
- Regularly communicating with patients.
- Provide the best hospitality to every patient.
- Be responsible for the welfare of each individual in the unit
- Should be good at problem solving
- To provide guidelines to patients to improve skin health
- Counselling to every patient for the growth of the Clinic.
- For Small Clinics, counselors need to handle front desk executive responsibilities as well.
- Cash Handling, Deposit, General Administration Work.
- General Accounting Work.
- Photo room Handling
* Salary Range: 10,000 to 22,000 (Depends upon interview)
* Timings: 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. or 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
* Locations: Surat, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Anand, Rajkot
* Work Experience: 0 - 7 Years
Note: 20% from 1st Month + 20% from 2nd Month + 20% from 3rd Month + 20% from 4th Month + 20% from 5th Month = 100% of 1 Month CTC
