Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the electricals industry and a graduate degree.

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing the collection process for our customers. This includes contacting customers to collect payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving customer disputes. The Collection Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and ensuring that all payments are received in a timely manner.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 9:30am-7pm. The salary range for this position is ₹12000-15000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
