We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Debt Collection Officer. Based in Surat, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts and identifying outstanding debts. Your main responsibilities will include investigating historical data for each debt or bill, finding and contacting clients to inquire about overdue payments, and taking appropriate actions to encourage timely debt payments. As a Debt Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability for our organization.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. While previous experience in debt collection is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 180,000 to INR 216,000 per year. Additionally, we offer job benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
