Job Description

Pre-preperation of Toolings required on HBM & VTC according to Tools list both Standard and Special.
Up keep of Tools and Tracking of its usage. Recording of tool consumption.
Regrinding, replenishing all applicable tools pertaining to CNC HBM & VTC.
Supporting HBM & VTC operations in Tool Loading, Inspection and Operations
Ideal candidate must have fair idea of working on HBM or VTC or VTL models of CNC Machine-Desirable.
Work from drawings and marking under the direction of supervisors and engineers.
Machine setup, Job Marking.
To operate Pneumatic and Hand power tools.
Select change and operate special attachments.
Ensure proper placement of tools at the end of each shift and basic knowledge of 5S
Stage inspection to be performed with the Operators.
Conversant with the use of Measuring instruments e.g. Vernier, Micro meter, Bore Gauge, Go and No gauges, Profile gauges etc.
Advance tools planning for next operation and Tool kitting.
Carrying out necessary Corrective Action / Preventive Action on case to case basis.
Aware of problem solving tools - Desirable
Recording all critical work as per Inspection Report.
In process checks and recordings.
To follow safe working procedures.
