Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Managing Client Stakeholders building sustainable relationships
- Work with Account Director, Senior Business Stakeholders and HR to understand recruitment

- Achieve Account level Gross Margins targets and Account revenue targets.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate
verification techniques
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each
project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and
experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-
term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial
analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Handle existing accounts to help to grow the business by generating new business.
- Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed
- Manage Escalations through to resolution
- Monitor all workflow processes and ensure they are enhanced where applicable
- Ensure the compliance and governance of the contract and SLA's are delivered and maintained
- Manage and work towards key stakeholder maps whilst driving continuous improvement of
delivery, relationships and innovation where relevant.
