Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects in the Katargam area of Surat. Your main responsibilities will include estimating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings, and specifications.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as you will be working closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of each project. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 180,000 to 300,000 per year.
