Responsibilities
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social Media (Cold calling on regular bases to enhance potential clients to grow domestic as well international market.)
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
 Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
 Increase the value of current customer while attracting new ones.
 Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are
met.
 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
 Negotiating with stakeholders
 Training personnel & helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements
 Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or a relevant
role
 Should be from FMCG back OR would have deal into with personal care,
home care products
 Proven sales track record
 Experience in customer support is a plus
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
 Proficiency in English
 Market knowledge
 Communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to manage complex project & multi-task.
