Job Description

Primary Role

Reporting: To report the review of all the activity undertaken by the Unit Manager in terms of sales.

Execution: To ensure that all the planned activities are executed.

Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of Net Sales and SIP Sales are met.

Supervision: To review all the activities undertaken by UM in accordance with the Sales Process. To supervise and take action on weak UMs on monthly basis on various parameters like recruitment/Net Sales/SIP Sales/ Client Acquisition/Reporting of sales Process.

Give regular training to Ums.

Secondary Role

To give presentation/ training to Advisors & Team of Ums on various parameters over concall / Video Conference.

1. Candidates with minimum 5 to 7 years experience and having good exposure to BFSI Sector. 2. Must be a hardcore Sales Person with a strong passion to Achieve Targets. 3. Should have a capacity to Lead a team. 3. Should have good communication skill.
