Job Description

CORE COMPETENCIES
- Preparation of 3D BIM model of building in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge in SCAN to BIM, CAD to BIM, SCAN to CAD.
- Knowledge in creating parametric Revit families as per client specification.
- Excellent knowledge in Revit linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filter, Revit plans,
sections, sheet creation, view range tags.
Responsibilities:
➢ Working on a central model, working as per element work sets LOD 100 to LOD 300.
➢ Structural modeling- pcc, footing, beam, column, slab, chajja, raft, staircase ect (floor to floor)
➢ Architectural modeling (wall, door, window, wp, flooring, skirting, dado, staircase kitchen otta, external
elevation of building.
➢ Plastering modeling internal/external as per types of plaster Family creation and placement
➢ Documentation Floor wise and wing wise documentation with applying filters.
➢ Structural, architectural, plastering and MEP Quantity take-off.
➢ Measurements sheet, Materials sheets document.
➢ Sheets creation.
Strengths:
- Capable of working in a team.
- Self-Motivated.
Software Skills with good Experience:
- AUTOCAD.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM software solutions like Revit Architecture, Structure.
- Preliminary Knowledge of Navisworks
- MS Office
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum graduate – Civil Engineer/Architect.
- English command
