* 1-2 years of experience with backend development
* ME/MS, BE in Computer Science, MCA or Similar
* Strong working knowledge of Python or Javascript and demonstrated experience in building working products
* Real backend development experience in Python Django, Flask or other frameworks
* Experience developing RESTful services and APIs
* Experience working with AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, is a plus
* Strong software development background
* Demonstrated skillset of leading backend software development project and managing a small team of developers
* Proficient in Git and experience with software release cycles
