Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Back Office/Telecalling professional to join our team at Canal Road, Uniq Hospital in Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree.
The Back Office/Telecalling professional will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling customer inquiries, and making outbound calls. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹240000 per annum, along with 15 days of paid leave per year. The working hours are from 10am-7pm.
