We are looking for a Back Office Staff to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery store in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.

The Back Office Staff will be responsible for providing administrative support to the store, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a salary of between ₹15000 and ₹18000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm, and other benefits are as per company policy.
