Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Customer Handler. This position is based in Surat, with a work location on Ring Road. As a Social Media Customer Handler, your main responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries and complaints through various social media platforms such as India Mart and Trade India. You will be expected to provide timely and professional responses to customer queries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms and customer service best practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, although training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 300,000 to INR 360,000 per annum. We offer various job benefits, which will be discussed during the interview process.
