Job Description
Job Title - Executive Assistant
Department - Management
Location - Palsana
Report To -Director
Salary Range - 35k - 45k
Working Time - 8am - 6pm
Roles and Responsibilities
● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, coordinators, clients
and other external partners
● Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to
streamline processes
● Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
● Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
● Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
● Manage schedules and deadlines
● Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
● Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
● Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
● Make travel arrangements
● Format information for internal and external communication – emails
presentations, reports, Coordinators reports and allotment
● Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
● Organize and maintain the office filing system
Requirement
● Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
● Excellent MS Office and English proficiency
● Outstanding organizational and time management skills
● Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
● Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
● Strong follow ups skills
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
