To Create Matrix and check point for Business Model, to ensure performance acceleration and continuous growth & improvement.

Conducting & Review STOP meetings 1. Operational Meet(Every Day), 2. Tactical Meet (Every 15 Days), 3. Strategic Meet (Every 45
Days)
Create Learning plan based on PRE and implement for the improvement of the team.
Create Templets of All Business Area
3 HR
Create a Team Structure based on Business model requirement with role clarity & Competencies required list of each team
member
Assist Sr. in Appraisal based on Matrix Created. Documenting and maintaining accurate and timely records and reports of every
employee’s performance for his/her next appraisal
Keep Firm's Culture Charter in Check and Implant in All area of the Firm.
Creating learning strategies and training programs for all departments and all levels
Conduct Induction and Orientation programs for newly hired
Evaluating employee performance, provide feedback and implementing improvement plans
4 Marketing
To Assist and Expertise for the creation of Marketing Model based on Business Model.
