Job Description
• Preparation of staff pay roll and calculation of deduction. • Making the daily financial activities of the office and internal audit. • Previewing staff monthly time sheet for approvals. • Complies employee's time using calculator or computer. • Reviews time sheets, work charts and time cards for completeness. • Computer total time worked by employees. • Track procurement data base for the office on monthly basis based on the request for the items. • Data entry for fortnightly and monthly payroll and distribution of wages packet. • Distribution of time & attendance information. • Prepared pay roll register for all employees on weekly bases using Microsoft Excel spread sheet and QuickBooks • Communicated with employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain tasks in person, on the phone and via email. • Opened, sorted, and routed incoming mail, answered correspondence, and prepared outgoing mail. Compiled, copied, sorted, and filed records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. • Completed work schedules, managed calendars, and arranged appointments using Outlook calendar and paper calendar. • May be also locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of worker listed daily spot sheet • Preparing daily manpower report, maintaining daily attendance of employees. • Preparing of all statutory reported to time office. • Time Sheet checking • Preparation of payroll • Invoice Preparation • Invoice presentation through portal • Post time worked to master time sheets, and routes time sheet to payroll department. • May also pay employees, also calculate time worked and unit produces by bonus work employees.
