Job Description
Position: DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to help in defining and promoting industry best practices in release management.
- Design, develop and modify automated deployment processes and pipelines.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any deployment tasks.
- Ensures high availability of the Servers and Applications running on these servers using various monitoring/automated scripts/tools
- Identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying anomalous system behavior, and determining the root cause of incidents
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux server administration (like CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience with any of AWS, Azure and GCP.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure setup
- Must have experience in database server setup and management
- Experience in Containerization technology and orchestration systems for cloud application development and deployment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure on Jenkins & deployment on CI/CD, DevOps Toolchain like Jenkins etc.
