Job Description

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and very good command over computer.
Making & answering telephone calls.
Provide support to customers in using accounting software.
Troubleshoot problems in entry.
Provide software operating & accounting suggestions to customers.
Documentation of service support details (Problem, cause, work done etc)
Report new requirements and defects in software to development team.

Responsibilities: Helping client with operation of the software

Educational requirements: BCA fresher, or any graduate

Experience requirements: Fresher - 4 Years
