Experience Required: 2-6 Yrs on hand experience of Concrete Batching Plant.

Job Description:
Daily review and management of ready mix delivery schedule.
Ensure safety expectations are met.
Inspect and maintain batch plant to insure proper daily function.
Maintain batch plant at a high level of organization and cleanliness.
Managing order entry, delivery personnel and equipment.
Manage daily startup & shutdown of plant, drivers and trucks.
Verify proper product delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor quality control and adjust materials as needed to conform to customer/project requirements.
Maintains relationship with sales personnel and communicates customer feedback effectively.
Maintains good working relationship and communication with suppliers, effectively communicating changes in raw material demands and plant demands.
Monitor and maintain material inventories to proper levels for production requirements.
Must keep time and material records.
Manage daily reconciliation of plant and driver records, time and productivity.
Must follow verbal and written instruction.
Knowledge of different types and sizes of aggregates and concrete mixtures.
Must be able to communicate effectively on the radio system.
Salary Range: Industries Standard/As per Experience Level
